Supertech Ceyane Tower Delay

I had bought a flat in Supertech Ceyane in Noida Sec 93A in 2010. I have still not got possession of the flat as the building construction is stalled and the case is still sub-judice in Supreme Court as they had not obtained proper building clearances. My property was bought in the 12% Assured return scheme and the builder was giving monthly assured returns till December 2018 but has stopped giving the assured return monthly cheques for last 20 months since January, 2019. I need to explore my legal options for action in this case.

Is your builder registered under Real Estate Regulation Act?, If yes, you'll definitely have a recourse under the act, and you can approach the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority.
