Want To Verify 3 Agreements Before Giving Website Development Contract To A Company.

I want to develop one website with my own unique idea/concept by outsourcing development activities. I am worried that, after getting the idea of what to develop, the developer may create a product of his own or he can share my business model/idea with others. I want to prevent this from happening. I have created 3 documents that I will get signed by the developer before sharing the idea in detail. I don't know if these 3 documents can help me in the legal battle if things go wrong. I want guidance on legal activities that I should perform before sharing my idea with a developer.
