False Molestation Case
I fear that a woman neighbour will file a false molestation case against me because we had a quarrel over neighbourhood issues in the past. I need to go outside city for a month on an urgent task. Can I ask police to question me after I return back to the city after a month or on phone or will they arrest me immediately without evidence? Will the police arrest me from another city or will they wait for me to return home after finishing my task?

Hi Prakash, if you are in anticipation of getting arrested for a non bailable offence you may apply for grant of an anticipatory bail under section 498A of CR.P.C. This protects you from getting arrested for frivolous or fake cases that are lodged against in order to defame or due to some enemity. Therefore in your case you may apply for anticipatory bail to a district judge. I hope this solves your issue.
