Section 302 of IPC deals with punishment that shall be given to a person if found guilty of committing murder. If alleged of committing murder by a person as a mere threat, it is best advisable to move to the sessions or high court for application of Anticipatory bail. Commission of murder is a non-bail able offence and punishment for which is imprisonment upto life or capital punishment. Since it is of grave magnitude an Anticipatory bail is to be moved in case of apprehension of arrest.

I fear that a woman neighbour will file a false molestation case against me because we had a quarrel over neighbourhood issues in the past. I need to go outside city for a month on an urgent task. Can I ask police to question me after I return back to the city after a month or on phone or will they arrest me immediately without evidence? Will the police arrest me from another city or will they wait for me to return home after finishing my task?

have an outstanding loan in Dubai of which I have already paid half . The agency in India has filed an FIR against me and they are waiting for permission from the ministry of Home affairs to arrest me. Is it possible for them to arrest me ? I tried to settle with the bank on a payment t plan but they are not co operating and keep saying that they will arrest me if I dont pay up in 2-3 installments . Someone suggested me to get an anticipatory bail but many lawyers said it will get rejected or maybe the court will ask for a big amount as bond . What should I do ?
