Advocate Chanchal Gupta began his journey as a social activist. He has worked for consumer protection & also did counseling in the matter marriage disputes involving with many societies. He initiated a campaign in the LPG sector in the country to resolve issues of domestic LPG consumer for which he made a website www.lpghelpline.com in 2012, which was the first website of country which include every information, forms, complaint management system and customer care. By this initiative he served around 2 lakh citizens over the country. In the same, he exposed the major LPG subsidies scam because of which crores of rupees were recovered by oil companies and district administration. This eventually contributed in new policy making in LPG sector. He has a large history & Specialization in arbitration and mediation Law. He has cutting edge argumentative skills and knowledge of law with considerable expertise in consumer protect as well as in civil & Criminal Law.
