A law graduate from Pendekanti Law College of Hyderabad, Vijay started his practice at the District Courts of Hyderabad & Ranga Reddy, Telangana State in 2007. He has represented various clients in civil and criminal matters and has appeared in many civil, criminal, debt recovery tribunal, revenue and arbitration matters for various clients. Handling matters right from inception to logical conclusion of litigation, which includes drafting, filing, pleading, recording of evidence, cross examination, and arguments; he appears before, civil courts, criminal courts, tribunals and quasi-judicial authorities. He specializes in the handling of matters related to Special Enactments such as: Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881, Consumer Protection Act, 1986 as well as Real estate, Recovery proceedings before Debt Recovery Tribunal under SARFAESI Act, 2002, etc. Vijay was associated with national law firms gathering expertise through the years with: Kochhar & Co. as Associate and India Law LLP as Senior Associate providing legal services to corporate clients which includes civil and criminal litigation, appearing at various courts, drafting of legal due diligence to banks and developer companies on individual and group housing projects, project finance and joint venture projects for development, vetting & drafting of legal documents, title verification of properties at Sub-Registrar of Assurances. He successfully conducted legal due diligence for NPA sales in scheduled and private banks on behalf of Asset Reconstruction Companies viz., ARCIL, ARCIL-ARMS, EDELWEISS and Prithvi Assets.
