He is a lawyer with expertise in civil & commercial litigation, arbitration, banking matters, property disputes, criminal law, matrimonial disputes and consumer matters. Nishank, an Alumni of Amity law School, Delhi affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in the year 2016. He has since then represented clients domestic as well as foreign businesses from varied sectors before various judicial forums including the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, National Consumer Dispute Resolution Commission, Labour Authorities, Debt Recovery Tribunal, District Courts amongst others.
