• Even though as an Advocate I have experience of almost two years but I have been associated with the practice of law (as permanent intern, judicial intern and associate) for more than 7 years. • Presently I have been Practicing as an independent practicing Advocate of The Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta and in the subordinate courts and Tribunals for almost two years and also dealing with matters related to registration of properties and Trademarks and others. • I have worked as an associate of a well known law firm in Kolkata from December 2017 till August 2019 and handled several matters single handedly in National Company Law Tribunals, Debts Recovery Tribunals and Appellate Tribunal, Consumer Dispute Redressal Forums, Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta, City Civil Court, Alipore Judges Court, Estate Officer of LIC and before the other Courts and Tribunals. • I have regularly been appearing in my own cases in National Company Law Tribunals, Consumer Dispute Redressal Forums, Debts Recovery Tribunals, Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta, City Civil Court, Alipore Judges Court, Commercial Courts and before the other Courts and Tribunals as Advocate/Counsel. • Previously I have worked with former practicing advocate Mr. Protik Prokash Banerjee (Late Hon’ble Justice Protik Prakash Banerjee) for a period of more than Four years as his permanent junior.
