Mr. Vivek Tanwar graduated from Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak, Haryana in B.A.LLB. (Hons). Since 2000, he has been practicing and is enrolled with the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh. Also, he has been appointed as the SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR by the Government of Haryana. He is having an excellent record in conducting heinous criminal cases at the District Courts level. Mr. Tanwar is the Director/Founder of Law Offices of Kr. Vivek Tanwar Advocate and Associates having its offices in Gurugram and Rewari. The Gurugram team majorly focuses on Commercial litigation catering to the requirements of the various banking and Non-Banking Finance Companies by adopting Alternate Dispute Resolution tools. Mr. Tanwar’s area of specialization has been criminal laws, but apart from criminal litigation, Mr. Tanwar has forayed into ADR. He is having a keen interest in arbitration and has conducted several domestic arbitrations for various Banking and Non-Banking entities. The team is also involved in regulatory and legal compliance services. Besides his excellence in practicing laws, Mr. Tanwar is equally devoted to academics as well. He has also authored a book titled “AN OVERVIEW ON THE SEXUAL HARASSMENT OF WOMEN AT WORKPLACE (PREVENTION, AND REDRESSAL) ACT, 2013 and emphasizes more on POSH training programs and seminars.
