Hello and Greetings! I have pursued my degree in B.B.A LL.B from Symbiosis Law School Pune (Batch 2013-2018) and enrolled with the Bar Council for Maharashtra & Goa in 2019. I have assisted and led various litigation matters under the guidance of my mentors, pertaining to copyright infringement, trademark prosecution, arbitration, property disputes, summary suits and commercial disputes. I have also gained experience in drafting court pleadings , legal opinions and legal notices. I have also appeared at the Hon'ble Bombay High Court, City Civil Courts, Maharashtra Revenue Tribunals and various District and Sessions Courts on a regular basis and have gotten myself acquainted with the practice and procedures of the Hon'ble Bombay High Court and the lower courts. Alongwith litigation, I have also been involved in drafting and vetting of agreements pertaining to employment, non-disclosure agreements, master-service agreements, agreements for production houses and tech-start ups.
