Enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi, I have been practicing law since 2015 and have experience in Civil, Commercial and Criminal Litigation. During the past four years of practice I have been associated with the Chambers of Mr. Subramonium Prasad, Senior Advocate (Presently Judge at Madras High Court) and Mr. Alok Sangwan, Additional Advocate General for the State of Haryana and The Guild, Advocates & Associate Counsel. I have worked on a broad range of cases pertaining to Land Acquisition, Consumer Disputes, Property Law, various aspects of Criminal Law, Matrimonial Disputes and Service Law and have independently handled matters relating to Contract Act, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, Recovery of Debts Act and the Securitization Act. Apart from regularly appearing before the Supreme Court of India and the High Court of Delhi, I have also been appearing before High Court of Allahabad, Uttarakhand and Madhya Pradesh. I have regular appearances before various District Courts, Consumer Fora, Tribunals, Commissions and Quasi-Judicial Authorities. During the past years I have endeavoured to establish a robust network with several resident counsels practising before different High Courts across India to efficiently coordinate disputes, pan India.
