filing of chargesheet is depend upon police. As per there convence they file chargesheet.
Sir, What are the offences committed? It is the discretion of the Police to complete investigation . So they will file charge sheet only investigation process has been over. Only time limit is more important against the offences relating to POCSCO Act and other sensitive offences. Regarding other cases police will file it aft completing the investigation process within a reasonable time ALL THE BEST
