Suit For Mandatory Injunctiom
the opp party which has filed this case against us is not answering to court notices and dasti . we are the defendants . we have filed a order 7 rule 11 application against their flawed suit and limitation of injnunction suits . the lawyer is untracable . how to get the case dismissed . he has managed to get the report of dasti dissapear from almet and same the case for notice . what legal remedy do we have to get it dismissed now . the judge keeps on giving fresh orders for dasti again . this will be the third time.

submit a simple application, stating that the Plaintiff have stopped coming and we are showing our bonafide by being present, file an application for dismissal of suit on grounds of non presence and show by plaintiff after multiple dasti. if the judge does not pass orders file a writ petition and high court will pass orders under mandamus to lower court.
