The Act provides no time period of retention of records in electronic form. Records pertaining to any subject matter should be retained in electronic form for that duration as mandated under that specific legal framework for the time being in force

I am holding a saving's account with ICICI BANK, Nashik, Maharashtra From 19/04/2021, my account has being freezed down by the bank. When I visited the branch, they told me that on the orders of Hyderabad police cyber crime ongoing investigation, my account has being frezeed. When I asked for more details they told me to mail the customer care. I had mailed but still now I hadn't got the details of the matter , exact nature of investigation, fir details But till date, neither the bank nor any concerned authority had issued me any notice or communication. What should I do next?
