Taking into consideration the facts mentioned by you. One may consider taking legal action against the company by issuing a legal notice. However, before a line of legal action is to be acetained one need to go through the details of the contract consent by you through email. Hope this suggestion helps you. Best Regards.

It is advised that you serve Legal notice to the Company and try to bring them to the negotiation table because the litigation will consume time and energy, which is not worth in instant case. All the best.
