The exact words in my offer letter are as follows "A year end bonus of 50,000 INR, which will be offered based on your performance in this role, effective from January 1st, 2020. Incase of any role change within the year, the bonus due at the year end shall remain valid. Performance: Performance for this position will be evaluated based on the ability to comply with work schedules and execute all work related responsibilities in a timely and accurate fashion. Based on these above statement am I still eligible to receive the part of the bonus for the time that I have worked with them?
