Dear Client, Maharashtra Government has issued an instruction to Landlords/House Owners to postpone rent collection by at three months from 17/04/2020. During this period, no tenant should be evicted from the rented house due to non-payment of rent. For getting the above instructions, please visit https://local.google.com/place?id=2224167633763097722&use=posts&lpsid=3649725432378667187 However, this does not mean you are not entitled for getting the rent under this period. You can very well deduct the same from the security deposit given to you at the final stage. Further, kindly remember you can also lodge an NC/FIR with your nearest police station depending upon the nature of incident. You may directly approach for detailed consultation.
