Flat Agreement Lost

My father owns a flat, but he can't find the original purchase agreement nor are any copies available. However he has a letter from the bank stating that the loan he had taken on the flat, which has been issued around 28 yeas ago. He also has the original share certificate from the society. How can we get the same legally regularised to avoid any future problems

very simple friend if you remember the number file and RTI and remove the copy through RTI, or else you can regularise it by approaching your registrar as in the old records the index 2 will have your dad's name.
