Gift Deed
My mother bought an agricultural land in Delhi in 1988 via registered sale deed. Later it was acquired by the government. Now the High Court has allowed her compensation to be paid. She is yet to get the compensation. She now wants to gift the land and any compensation to her son, that is me. How can this be executed
