Can consensual sex be treated as rape due to breach of promise of marriage? There was no intention to call of the wedding by me initially, but due to circumstances of us not getting along forced me to call of the wedding just one month before. have an outstanding loan in Dubai of which I have already paid half . The agency in India has filed an FIR against me and they are waiting for permission from the ministry of Home affairs to arrest me. Is it possible for them to arrest me ? I tried to settle with the bank on a payment t plan but they are not co operating and keep saying that they will arrest me if I dont pay up in 2-3 installments . Someone suggested me to get an anticipatory bail but many lawyers said it will get rejected or maybe the court will ask for a big amount as bond . What should I do ?

A married woman who is seducing me and had kept physical relationship with me when she was married , Now that she has divorced her husband and forcing me to to marry her or else she would file a false rape case against me . She is creating the ruckus around my locality and had come to my house and not going and fighting with my family members and blackmailing . Hello. My brother had once signed a mobile company's customer application form to buy a new sim. However, the vendor demanded more money for it than initially agreed so he refused and brought the form back. He can't find the form now. As the form was already signed someone may use it to procure a sim without his knowing as there are unscrupulous vendors who are engaged in such illegal activities. What should my brother do now ? Will filing a police complaint about the lost form be enough?

Actually some one cheated our(me and my friends around 10 members) money 11 years back(2008) and we have filed a complaint on him with evidences. He has been arrested. The case was pending in court. And three years back(2016) one of the constable called me and my friends and requested us to to come to court as witness. so few of us have been at the court as a witness and said everything to the magistrate. Then now today(nov 28th 2019) we have received a subpoena and the date mentioned in same is nov 27th 2019(yesterday). So we are not what to do on this. Can you please give your suggestions.

One man was separated from his wife for 2 years, never met her. Promised to marry me and leave her and divorce her. I have all in writing, where he says even that we have the Gandharva marriage and I will always be his wife even if I am not with him. Seems he was a fraud and liar and was cheating on his wife. I had given one person money for a period of 6 months who promised me to give interest in return. I asked him to make a Agreement for the same but he refused convincing me that he will return without fail and sent me a receipt via email stating that he has received the money and will give interest as agreed & will repay on due date. After 6 mts I asked him my money but he kept on delaying saying that he has suffered a heavy loss in stock market and will require some more period to return the same and till then he promised to pay me the decided interest. I had to ask him my interest every month and by delaying he used to pay me the same. in this way 15 months passed now he has stopped paying me interest & is also not returning my given money by saying that as soon he receives or arranges the same he will return me. He always promises some date in future but never fulfills his commitment. however i forcefully managed to take blank cheque and a agreement from him saying that he has taken money from me & is returning me the same via that cheque and if he failed with his promise he will be liable to pay all the charges ,interest & damages incurred by me to take legal action against him. I also went to local police station to lodge a complaint but they refused to take saying that it is criminal case. I don't want to go to court as it will keep the case pending for years and further this man is so shrued that he may have transferred the money successfully to his relatives showing him bankrupt. Further now he and his family is also not found in the house where he used to stay whenever I go, but if I called him for a meeting he meets me in the same house where I never find his son & wife now. His son is a CA working in a firm with a nice package but is not available to talk. I have also heard from this person that he has taken money from many other persons also and is under a debt for around 25 crores. I have also heard that many people come to his house of which i have met 2 persons whose tolallying debt is around 1 crores Therefore I request you to guide me as to how can I recover my money from him.

I fear that a woman neighbour will file a false molestation case against me because we had a quarrel over neighbourhood issues in the past. I need to go outside city for a month on an urgent task. Can I ask police to question me after I return back to the city after a month or on phone or will they arrest me immediately without evidence? Will the police arrest me from another city or will they wait for me to return home after finishing my task?
