I hired an individual who runs a firm for making maintaining and doing SEO of a website along with online advertisements. The person made the website but didn't do SEO,advertisements though he was paid money for the job. A certain amount was also given to be deposited in online wallet for advertisements which was not done. Now he is refusing to refund any money even which was given to be deposited in wallet. All the payments were made either through cheques or digital transfers. There had been no registered contract but an itemized quotation for the job was given. What are the options to take any legal action for the refund of n money that was paid and also the loss of Business that I incurred due to the work not being done. Can he be booked for fraud.

my neighbour having more than 10 dogs and those dogs peeing pooping in front of my house daily and also those dogs causing a mass trouble for the peoples living in my street those dogs used to attack the peoples who crossing her house in the street and also surrounds the person who going in two wheeler ant try to stops them complaints also gave against her in police station also but she is a member in blue cross so using that power she easily sort the complaint against her And no proper action taken against her i do no what to do for this and also those dogs dragging the waste unwanted things from corporation dustbins and spreading out in the street kindly help us how to sort out this problem

My name is Biplob Roy but on my 10th,12th and graduation documents my name only BIPLOB their is No Surname in my educational documents,but my other documents like pan card,aadhar card ,voter card , birth certificate contains my full name BIPLOB ROY. What is the procedure to correct my Surname problem in educational documents.how much cost for whole process.CAN name correction done in my CBSE 10th 2009,and CBSE 12 th 2011 by any method.or any alternative way to correction surname problem. After correction what name should I use for gov. Job form fillup etc .please solve my issue.

My tenant didn't pay rent for 8 months. He was evasive. He didn't answer our calls. Whenever we go to the house it was always locked. He removed our name plates. So, we filed a case against him in the Police Station. Then he suddenly appeared before us in the Police Station and told us that he would pay the rent and is asking us to wait for 6months. But we want him out of the house as soon as possible as he is looking extremely suspicious. He also has criminal history. Please help me.

I am planning to but a property from an individual. This is a new unused property and the owner has not registered the flat in his name. Owner and builder collaboratively would get us registered to the property, so that legally we become the first owners. Does this process seem correct? What are the checks we need to do? What documentation should be checked? Also, the owner had taken a load to purchase this property and claims that he has repaid the loan.

I got sentence for 3 years from session court in 2018 in under section 354 & pocso act dont know exact charges but my girl friend father filed complaint against me for following & touch her daughter body i have lots of proof that showing i was innocent & in truly i am innocent but court did not hear my any words, after i got sentence in 2018 i got bail from bombay high court in 2 days now i was in bail till now i did not get any summoned from high court for hearing . My sister was living in UK she requested me from past many years to come in UK till the case not opened i did not applied for passport so i have to apply for fresh passport now can i eligible to apply ? Or what condition & procedures i need to follow to take passport .. help me for my query

Hi I have a daughter aged 7 years and I reside in Delhi. I got married in 2010. But I did not change my surname in records till 2018 when I renewed my passport. In my daughter's Birth certificate issued by MCD my name is mentioned as "Sonia Kapoor" (Name before marriage) however as mentioned I had changed my surname in all my documents like Aadhar ,PAN card and Passport to "Sonia Sahni". My query is that when my daughter needs to use her Birth certificate my name will appear as "Sonia Kapoor" but all other documents will be "Sonia Sahni". How do I change this name as the MCD officials are saying that the name of the mother cannot be changed in Birth certificate in Delhi. Also will my daughter have any problems if my surname mentioned in her birth certificate is different from the name I have in current documents Please help. Regards Sonia Delhi

This is regarding gift deed. I put up in Gurgaon. My father gifted me INR 5,00,000 through RTGS bank transfer from his account to mine. I need this money to show as proof of funds for canadian immigration. we got one affidavit (INR 10 stamp paper) signed by my father and notarized. also, we got one gift deed (INR 100 stamp paper) signed by me (donee), my father(donor), my mother (one witness) and it is also notarized. will these two documents work? 1) can such a gift deed (of money as gift) work without a witness? 2) can such a gift deed (of money as gift) work with just one witness? 3) or is it mandatory to have two witnesses sign it? 4) who can be the witnesses in this case? can my mother be?
